Our 1 year Graduate Trainee programme is specially designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the evolving telecommunications industry. You will learn of the various functions in the organisation that supports and upholds the MAXIS banner. We offer you a truly exciting working experience with comprehensive and challenging on-the-job training that includes both theory and practical assignments. Upon completion of the programme, you will be placed in a functional unit which best fits your skills and interest.

Requirements: -

• A First Class Honours Degree, (or a 2nd Class Upper degree from a reputable/top university) in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, IT, Engineering (E&E, Telecommunications)
• Fresh graduate or possess less than 1 year of working experience
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• High degree of initiative
• Demonstrate leadership skills in co-curricular activities
• Dynamic personalities, high achievers and self-motivated individuals
